Veteran actor Jeffrey Wright is also a new addition to the cast as Beetee. He was the male tribute from District 3 in the 75th Hunger Games, as well as in a previous Games. Beetee is an expert with electronics and wiring. He was one of the few people to survive the 75th Hunger Games.
