Rounding out the cast are two celebrated actors with multiple Academy Award nominations between them, Stanley Tucci and Amanda Plummer. Plummer plays Wiress, a fierce former tribute from District 3. Tucci, of course, plays Caesar Flickerman, the Master of Ceremonies at the games, who has more than a few tricks up his sleeve.
