Whether on Earth or, uh, in the farthest reaches of the galaxy, weddings are so romantic. And from couples dressed as Shrek to sword-wielding stormtroopers walking down the aisle to Darth Vader's theme song, there is perhaps nothing more romantic than a sci-fi-themed wedding to join two lives together in Holy Batrimony. I mean Matrimony.
You're really only limited by your imagination. You can have your first dance be a light saber duel:
