Ok, this one would take a slight reinvention of the character to work. Gone would be the brooding intensity of Strange and in it's place would be a more whimsical tone. Brand's Strange could be a man-childish sorcerer experiencing a pre-mature mid-life crisis brought on by his slacker ways until an everyday, fortune telling hipster girl shakes him out of his doldrum and gets him to believe in the magic of love yet again.
