Use a black eyeliner pencil to line the edge of your lower lid. Stop about two-thirds in. Bringing dark colors too close to the inner corner tends to make your eyes seem smaller. Which is great if you're trying to get that nickname "Small Eyes McGee" to stick. Otherwise, not so much.
