The fun part! Use a liquid liner to get a sharper cat-eye. Marking the “wing” first will make your life a million times easier. Once you get the wings to match on both eyes, just line the rest with small, smooth strokes. Also, there’s no shame in using a cotton swab and makeup remover to clean up any blunders.
