Doctor Bong

No, Doctor Bong isn't a character out of a Cheech and Chong movie, it's an actual villain that faced such heroes as She-Hulk, Deadpool and Howard the Duck. His Wiki bio is equally as strange as his looks: "Dr. Bong was originally a journalism student whose yellow journalism got him fired and his hand severed by a miniature guillotine, when performing with the punk band Mildred Horowitz."
