The True Mirror Palace was packed with special non-reversable mirrors, which allowed viewers to see what they look like to other people. For example, if you raise your left hand in front of a regular mirror, the image is reversed, so your reflection raises its right hand. True mirrors don't reverse the right and left sides of your body, and the effect is uncanny.
