By name alone, Bizarro clearly belongs on this list. Originally created by Lex Luthor, the character of Biazarro quickly spawned an entire race of Bizarros in an alternate reality known as "Bizarro World" which is basically a strange, square shaped version of Earth. Yup, that's weird.
