Like many characters within this list, M.O.D.O.K. is pure nightmare fuel, especially if your nightmares feature enormous laser shooting heads with itty-bitty robot arms and legs. M.O.D.O.K. actually stands for Mobile Organism Designed Only for Killing which tells you practically all you need to know about this insane Marvel super villain.
