Take that gorgeous “Sexy” blue, and pat it gently on the outer corner of your lid and into the crease. Bold colors with matte finishes can be tricky to blend, so that’s why we’re building up the color by patting it into place first. Once the blue is the intensity you’d prefer, go ahead and blend out the edges.
Line the lower lash line with some of this shadow as well.
