How to Put Together a Steampunk Outfit

Step 2: Put On Clothes

Wearing clothing is always a good idea, but wearing Steampunk clothing is an even better one! Once you've got your character and your clothes, it's time to get dressed. Put on your clothes from the base up, so start with your pants/leggings/tights and shirt, and then move on to your dress/bustier/corset. It's also a good idea to have someone to help you get dressed (corsets can be tricky)! And in my case, I really mean DRESS-ed (I love this dress), but you can also go for a more tomboy-ish look if you prefer pants, or a more man-ish look if you're a man.
