Powder Your Nose

30’s makeup was all about perfectly powdered complexions. No sheer tinted moisturizers back then! So we’re going to start with a full-coverage foundation. You might prefer to use a brush, especially if your skin tends to get oily. But if that’s not a problem for you, it’s ok to use your fingers as long as they’re clean. Set your foundation with a matte powder.
