That was a common practice back in the day, but I don’t recommend it. Aside from keeping them groomed, it’s best not to drastically change your natural brow shape. Instead, use a brow pencil and extend the ends out a bit longer for some 30s drama, then blend it out with a brow brush. Using a highlighter underneath will bring out the arch.
