Eyeliner and Mascara

30s eyes were typically lined on top, with a very thin, dark stroke. If you’re fond of false lashes, they will look great on these eyes. I personally can’t stand them because they feel, well—false. It is, however, Halloween, and if there was ever a time to be over the top, it’s now! I’m just applying extra mascara.
