According to this creature's artist, the Nagah Serpentes is a unique species of Naga (a serpent deity in Hindu mythology) of her own creation. We certainly admire the creativity, but the Nagah Serpentes is still the sum of our nightmares given physical form. Seriously, this illustration looks like the kind of thing you'd find hanging on the wall of agents Mulder and Scully's office on The X-Files. And yes, that is indeed a sad fairy in the Nagah's stomach waiting to be digested.
