10. President Abraham Lincoln Declared "Thanksgiving Day" A National Holiday in 1863

But in 1941, President Franklin Roosevelt moved the holiday from Lincoln's date (the final Thursday in November) to its current date (the fourth Thursday in November). This blunder is but one of many that confirms Abraham Lincoln as possibly the least memorable president in U.S. history.
