Use a liquid black liner for the top lash line. Try to think of it less like lining, and more like filling in the gaps between lashes. We don’t want a thick line for this.
Line the bottom waterline with a black waterproof pencil.
Finally, use a stiff angled brush to smudge purple shadow along both lash lines for a softly defined look.
