Russian Red is the perfect holiday scarlet. It has a slightly blue base, but it wears more like a true red on me.
Ruby lips aren’t just for ballrooms and black dresses anymore. In fact, one of my favorite combinations includes red lips, a slouchy sweater, and jeans. I honestly think anyone can wear red, and it’s just a matter of finding the most flattering shade and formula.
