We can jump into the fun stuff because I already applied my foundation and blush when you weren’t looking (I’m stealthy like that). I’m using my trusty MAC Paint Pot in Bare Study as a base for my eyeshadow. A little soft shimmer is good; glittery shimmer is bad. Glitter will add to the clutter, while cleverly placed shimmer can wake up your eyes. If you prefer a matte shadow base, try another MAC Paint Pot in Painterly, or a plain primer without pigment.
