I use waterproof pencil on my bottom lash line and a liquid liner on the top, both in black. Keep the lines thin and clean, using small strokes to ensure accuracy. You don’t have to wing out the liquid liner, but I like to. I find that it elongates the top lid of my otherwise very narrow eyes.
If you have very thick lenses, consider curling your lashes before applying mascara. This will help avoid those annoying black streaks when your lashes brush against the lenses.
