I like to use a lip brush when applying bright lipstick, because colors like this look best when applied precisely.
Blot it down with a paper towel and reapply. That last step isn’t completely necessary, especially if you have a matte formula, which I prefer. If you have a creamier formula, it helps pack on the pigments and stains your lips for lasting color.
