Featuring the 4th Doctor, Tom Baker, this wrapper must have come from early in his run, as it also features him driving his car, which was a holdover from the previous Doctor. As was the case with many UK wrappers, this was one in a series, and each featured a different character from the show on the reverse side This one shows us the Brigadier."
