Use a black liquid liner on the top lash line, using small strokes to emphasize your eye shape. Some looks are all about liner, but this one is all about eyeshadow. Keep that line thin!
On the lower lash line, use a waterproof black pencil. If you want some extra intensity, go ahead and line the waterline too.
