What can we say? The more we think about it, the more these are the same guy anyway. Both have a bunch of gadgets (including a utility belt). Both are manhunters. Both have a personal code of ethics, even though they both engage in ethically questionable behavior. We have to assume that at the very least carbonite would be more effective than Blackgate Penitentiary/Arkham Asylum.
