Seal the deal with some black mascara. Remember how we waited to put on foundation and concealer? Well now you can go ahead and do it. Clean up any eyeshadow fallout with a damp cloth or wipe, then apply your favorite foundation and under eye concealer. Nothing kills the drama of smoky eyes like dark circles, so banish them!
