Start with clean, moisturized skin, then prep your lids with primer. We’re working with matte eyeshadow and glitter, both of which are notoriously hard to blend, so primer is especially important. We’re also going to wait until the eyes are finished to do any foundation. That way, we can clean up any eyeshadow fallout.
