For lips, I’m using a touch NYX Matte Lipstick in Sierra. It’s the perfect shade, but a little bold for this look, so I’m just using my fingers to blend it onto my lip instead of applying it straight from the bullet. If you need some extra definition, use a pencil in a similar color only where you need it. Then finish off with some clear lip balm.
