I’m also going to use a brightening concealer under my eyes, because yours truly stayed up all night playing Mass Effect. But I got up and did this tutorial anyway because you MindHut Masterminds mean THAT much to me. Don’t say I never gave you nuthin’!
For under-eye concealers, it’s a good idea to pick one with a peachy undertone. That will help counter the bluish hue of dark circles.
