This is the same shade I used back in the Princess Peach post, and I’ve learned a few things since then. This particular shadow works best when applied wet. The color is much more vivid and there is less mess with this method. Simply dampen your brush before dipping it into the eyeshadow, then apply it to the lid. Don’t saturate the brush with water or you’ll end up with a soggy mess. A few drops should be fine.
