For the lips, we need a super rich crimson. I’m using Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in shade 11. Yep, just 11. It’s so red, the word “red” isn’t even red enough.
If you take another look at Harley in Arkham City, you’ll notice her lips get slightly darker around the outer edges. Give your lips a blot with a paper towel just to get rid of any excess moisture, then pop on over to the next slide for some lip pencil pointers.
