Get a hold of the blackest eyeliner in the entire DC Universe. I’m pretty sure the Sandman’s sister Death can recommend a couple. Once you’ve procured said eyeliner, line your upper and lower lash line. Line the waterline as well for some added oomph. Then, take a small brush and smudge it.
