Once again, I’m using BADgal Lash mascara from Benefit Cosmetics. Only this time, that ridiculous name actually makes a lot of sense. I applied a few extra coats to both the top and bottom lashes. Harley Quinn isn’t shy about exploiting doctor/patient relationships, taunting Batman, or pairing dark eyes with bold lips. She probably isn’t shy about mascara either.
