Oh look, it's not a design! NASA is so impressed with the inflatable base idea that they are now making prototypes, and hope to send one to the moon for testing by 2020. This design would be akin to pitching a tent on the moon, though you'd be wise not to light a campfire in there. Many of these structures would be installed, inflated, then connected to each other to create a community. Basically, you'd be living in a system of lunar bouncy houses — sign us up!
