That’s right! We want a story about Red Leader himself (aka the other dude besides Luke who survived the destruction of the Death Star). Wedge was orphaned at 17 and joined the Rebel forces after the Empire killed his gf, so he has oodles of backstory just waiting to be explored, and the charismatic Hutcherson would be the perfect guy to play young Wedge.
