Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut

Kurt Vonnegut is one of America’s greatest authors, and Slaughterhouse-Five is probably his best known book. It’s sad and brilliant and funny all wrapped into one, as a World War II veteran named Billy Pilgrim is forced to live his life out of order, in a sort of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey kind of way. Things get especially interesting when he is abducted by aliens so they can observe his mating habits.
