Baby Snatching Eagle

Last year, the purported footage of an eagle swooping down upon a hapless baby shows that scientific hoaxes will endure as long as gullibility exists. Birds of prey carrying away small children isn’t relegated to fantasy as fossil evidence has yielded proof that prehistoric tots fell victim to hungry eagles. But for an event like this to happen nowadays was impossible. Astute viewers noticed that the eagle was animated, not to mention that a bundle of joy is much too heavy for an eagle to lift off the ground. In the end, the video was revealed to have been animated by a group of students from Quebec’s National Animation and Design Center.
