Perfect for a Rainy Day Because: Winter is Coming. Or something.

Plot: For those unfamiliar, a badass witty dwarf, a noble lord, and a potential mother of dragons (among dozens of others) get caught up in a major power struggle between 7 kingdoms. The TV show is in its third season, so why not get some solid background sans spoilers? George RR Martin’s writing is every bit as rich and vivid as Tolkien’s, and his female characters are FAB!
