Paint It!

You can bring out the texture of your cover by painting over the whole thing very gently with a paint brush that has had its paint wiped off on a paper towel (a technique called dry-brushing). Use a light blue or gray paint depending on your cover. It's a very subtle effect (you can see it on the right), but it makes the book more aged, and it gives the colors more depth. Now, go find yourself a Time Lord!
