21. The Immortal Jellyfish

And now we've reached the ultimate adaptation: immortality. The turritopsis nutricula, commonly known as the "immortal jellyfish," has devised an incredibly way to cheat death. Once it has reached sexual maturity, it can hit the reboot button on its life whenever it wants, reverting back to its infant polyp stage. While we wouldn't look forward to going through potty training all over again, it would be pretty amazing to press restart over and over, perhaps indefinitely! What do we say to the god of death? NOT TODAY.
