For its first outing in theaters, The Simpsons Movie incorporated a unique strategy of turning entire 7-Eleven stores into Kwik-E-Marts, the fictional chain of convenience stores within the series, and consequently made life imitate art. The stores carried fake products popularized on the show, such as Krusty-Os cereal, Buzz Cola and the 7-Eleven's own Slurpee was temporarily re-branded "Squishees," the Simpsons equivalent of the frosty drink.
