In all honesty, these graphic novels based on the ever-so-popular TV show aren’t that revolutionary. They follow the show closely—and since the show follows the books rather closely, there aren’t a lot of new developments to be gleaned here. But there are dragons. And awesome illustrations by Tommy Patterson. So, for those of you going through Westeros withdrawal, this is a great new way to get another glimpse inside the world and mind of George RR Martin. Things could get dark—we recommend bringing a torch.
