While its scientific name lacks pizazz, this ancient planet in the constellation Scorpius is often affectionately referred to as "Methuselah" or "the Genesis planet" due to its extreme age. Indeed, it is the oldest planet ever discovered, sporting 12.7 billion candles on its birthday cake. We bet it has some pretty epic stories to tell: "you think this summer is hot? Back when I was your age, the universe had barely even started to cool down!"
