Batwoman

A victim of the U.S. Army’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, Katherine Kane—despite her shining credentials—was discharged from the military upon the discovery of her secret relationship with another woman. Her life spiraling out of control afterwards, Katherine forged a new path when rescued by Batman, inspiring her to stop drowning in self-pity and become an urban vigilante, Batwoman. Every bit as fierce and calculating as her male counterpart, Batwoman has proved herself as one of Gotham’s greatest heroines and shows that discrimination can’t strip one of their talents and sense of self-worth.
