John Nash in A Beautiful Mind

In 2001, Ron Howard's A Beautiful Mind was nominated for nearly every Academy Award under the sun, and walked away with best director, supporting actress, and film. The story tells the tale of John Nash, a brilliant but highly troubled mathematician whose genius becomes his enemy as he is consumed by mental illness. Russell Crowe gives one of the most moving performances here as Nash.
