Mindhut's Guide to Settling Other Planets in Our System

Neptune is nice and remote, but it does have a bit of a wind problem—in the sense that it has the strongest winds ever observed anywhere. To put it in perspective, the strongest recorded tornado had a top speed of around 300 miles per hour—enough to throw trucks and strip houses from their foundations. Neptune, on the other hand regularly has winds of 1,300 mph—so you’re probably going to want to go with a low-profile roofline (preferably made of adamantium).
