This one requires some work of your own, but will be cheap if you can work out how to put it together yourself. Buy a plain orange undershirt (or go without if you prefer the younger Link look), and make the tunic itself from green felt. The belt is relatively simple, and the hat can be made of the same material as your tunic! If you have a little money to spend, standard renaissance-style boots would go well with the look, but if not you could make brown felt to go over your regular shoes, too! Sword and shield can be made with cardboard, a box cutter (careful!) and some paint. Prepare to save beautiful princesses!
