Tarbaby

This homeless, squatter-punk mutant has one of the most bizarre and useless powers in the entire comic universe. He basically emits a viscus, tar-like fluid that allows him to stick to pretty much anything, kind of like a human post it note. Sadly, Tar Baby is no longer with us, after being put to death at the Weapon-X concentration camp. He is survived by his young daughter, Scotch Tape.
