Howard the Duck

Howard the Duck is a cigar chomping super-hero from Duckworld, a planet from another dimension in which intelligent life sprang from waterfowl. In his native world, Howard was a consummate underachiever who could hardly hold down a job, but had far more luck here on Earth, going as far as to run (unsuccessfully) for the President of the United States on the All-Night-Party ticket. Too bad he didn't run against Mitt Romney.
