Arm Fall Off Boy

Floyd Belkin aka Arm-Fall-Off-Boy has the ability to detach his limbs at will, which he then uses as blunt weapons, a power that only becomes useful when there are absolutely no other objects in the room. Arm-Fall-Off-Boy never quite made it as a superhero, and was denied entry into the Legion of Superheroes after he literally fell apart during the test.
